How long dows production take?
Production usually takes 2–7 business days. Once your order is produced, it will be shipped according to the delivery option selected (Standard shipping by default).
How long does shipping take?
USA: 3–7 business days after production.
Spain / Europe: 5–10 business days after production.
Rest of the World: 10–30 business days after production (varies by destination and customs).

Can I return or exchange an item?
We only accept returns for defective or misprinted items. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
Do you offer refunds for wrong size or change of mind?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for wrong size choices or change of mind, since all products are made-to-order. Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Take clear photos of the defective product and packaging, and send them to us at support@syntaxwear.store. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
